These terms apply to all visitors, students, clients, and anyone else who accesses or uses our services.

Versatile Technology offers two categories of services:

Education Programs - Instructor-led courses in web development, cybersecurity, and related technical disciplines. Course details, fees, and schedules are published on our website and may change without prior notice.

Software Services - Custom web development, cybersecurity consulting, and related professional services for businesses. Engagement terms for software services are governed by separate project agreements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without liability.

Enrollment in any course or program is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed payment arrangement. Fees are published on our courses page and are subject to change.

Refund Policy - Requests for refunds must be made within 5 days of enrollment and before the second class session. After this period, fees are non-refundable. In cases of documented medical emergencies, we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling - Students may request a batch transfer once per enrollment, subject to seat availability. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the course start date.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications during enrollment or placement processes. - Share, reproduce, or redistribute course materials, recordings, or proprietary content without written permission. - Engage in any conduct that disrupts classes, harms other students, or damages the reputation of Versatile Technology. - Use skills or knowledge gained through our programs for unauthorized, illegal, or unethical activities.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

All course content, curriculum materials, recorded sessions, code samples, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of Versatile Technology and its instructors.

Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal learning purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works from our materials requires explicit written permission.

Projects built by students as part of coursework may be included in student portfolios, but must credit Versatile Technology.

You may browse our website for informational purposes. You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or breach any security or authentication measures.

We use Versatile Analysis - our own internal analytics tool - to collect anonymous, aggregate usage data such as page views and navigation patterns. This is done solely to improve the website experience. We do not use any third-party analytics services, advertising trackers, or social media pixels on this website.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website for any user who violates these terms.

Versatile Technology provides placement support and career guidance, but does not guarantee employment outcomes. Job placement depends on individual effort, market conditions, and employer decisions beyond our control.

Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versatile Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India.
