The Solar System Animation is a front-end web development project created using HTML and CSS to represent the Sun, planets, and Moon in an animated orbital system. The main objective of this project is to demonstrate how HTML structure and CSS styling can be combined to create an attractive and interactive visual experience without using JavaScript or external animation libraries. The project includes the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Moon, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune, with each celestial body positioned along its respective orbital path. CSS @keyframes animations are used to continuously rotate the planets around the Sun at different speeds, creating a dynamic representation of planetary movement. A separate orbital animation is also applied to the Moon around Earth.

The design uses various CSS properties such as Flexbox, absolute positioning, transform, border-radius, borders, dimensions, and animations to create circular orbits and maintain the overall structure. External planetary images are integrated to improve the visual appearance and make the simulation more realistic. Overall, this project demonstrates practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, layout design, image integration, CSS animations, positioning, and visual presentation. It provides a strong foundation for future improvements such as JavaScript-based interactions, responsive design, planet information, user controls, and more realistic orbital simulations.
