transition-and-transforms-2

HTML CSS
This project is a creative front-end design developed using HTML5 and CSS3. It features multiple nested circles with smooth scaling effects, creating a visually appealing pulse animation. The design demonstrates how CSS animation techniques and transform properties can be combined to create dynamic visual effects without using JavaScript.

The nested circles are arranged in a structured layout to produce a layered appearance. CSS keyframe animations control the scaling effects, allowing the circles to expand and contract smoothly. Transform properties help adjust the size and appearance of the circular elements, while Flexbox is used to align and position the elements within the layout.

The project focuses on animation timing, smooth transitions between visual states, element alignment, and creative CSS styling. Different circle sizes and coordinated scaling effects contribute to the overall pulse-like appearance, making the design simple yet engaging.

**Technologies Used:** HTML5 and CSS3.

This project is created for educational and practice purposes to improve frontend development skills and understand CSS keyframes, transform properties, Flexbox, animation timing, and visual effects. It demonstrates how interactive-looking animations can be created using only HTML and CSS, helping build a stronger understanding of modern frontend design techniques.
