HTML CSS
This project is a creative navigation and user interface design website developed using HTML5 and CSS3. It features a cosmic-themed navigation bar with hover-based dropdown menus, interactive course categories, and icons. The design combines modern navigation elements with a visually engaging main section to demonstrate creative frontend development techniques.

The navigation bar allows users to explore different course categories through hover interactions. Dropdown menus reveal additional options, while icons enhance the visual appearance and make navigation more intuitive. The cosmic-inspired theme gives the website a distinctive look and creates a consistent visual style throughout the interface.

The main section features a circular layout displaying various web development technologies in a structured pattern. CSS positioning and layout techniques are used to arrange the technology elements around the circular design. Styling properties help control spacing, alignment, colors, and visual effects, creating an organized and attractive presentation.

**Technologies Used:** HTML5 and CSS3.

This project is created for educational and practice purposes to strengthen frontend development skills and explore creative UI design. It provides practical experience with dropdown navigation, hover effects, CSS positioning, circular layouts, and visual elements without JavaScript. The project demonstrates how HTML and CSS can be combined to build an engaging, themed website interface.
