The developed section features multiple informational content blocks, partner and community sections, styled cards, and a multi-column footer. It combines dark and light themed sections, typography, borders, spacing, and hover effects to establish a consistent visual hierarchy.
The project was developed using HTML5 and CSS3, with Remix Icon CDN for incorporating icons. CSS positioning, float-based layouts, margins, and other styling properties were used to arrange and format the webpage elements.
Through this project, I gained practical experience in structuring large HTML sections, working with CSS positioning and floats, managing spacing and alignment, styling content cards, applying hover effects, and organizing information within a corporate-style webpage.
The primary focus was on applying the CSS fundamentals learned in class to a practical website recreation while contributing an independently developed section to a collaborative project.
The original project was completed as a team classroom assessment. The final combined version is unavailable, and this repository contains only the section designed and developed by me. Future improvements could include better responsiveness, replacing float-based layouts with Flexbox or Grid, improving semantic HTML and accessibility, and adding animations and transitions.
