This project is a simple interactive JavaScript application developed using HTML and JavaScript to extract and display the last three digits of a number entered by the user The main purpose of this project is to understand user input handling mathematical operations functions and DOM manipulation The webpage contains a number input field where users can enter a numerical value a Find button to perform the calculation and a paragraph element to display the result dynamically The JavaScript code includes a custom function named digit which retrieves the input value from the webpage and processes it using the modulo operator to extract the last three digits The remainder operation helps identify the final three digits of the entered number without requiring complex calculations The result is displayed directly on the webpage without refreshing the page This project provides practical experience in working with HTML input elements JavaScript functions variables mathematical operators and event handling It also helps develop logical thinking and problem solving skills by applying mathematical concepts to real programming tasks Through this project I improved my understanding of basic JavaScript programming and learned how to create simple interactive web applications that respond to user input efficiently
