Snake and Ladder Game is a simple Python based console project that recreates the traditional Snake and Ladder board game. The project uses the random module to generate dice numbers between one and six and allows the player to move across the board based on the dice result. The game starts from position one and the player tries to reach position one hundred. Different snake and ladder positions are included to make the game more interesting. When the player reaches a ladder position the player moves forward to a higher position. When the player reaches a snake position the player moves back to position one. The program also checks if the player goes beyond position one hundred and asks the player to roll again. User input is used to control the dice roll and the program displays the current position dice number snake positions and ladder positions. The project demonstrates important Python concepts such as functions lists loops conditional statements user input random number generation string formatting and recursion. It is a beginner friendly project that helps understand game logic and Python programming through an interactive terminal based application.
