Path Finder Project by Ansh Yadav

This project is a Python Flask based Path Finder Application that allows users to search for the location of a TXT file on a Windows computer. The application consists of an HTML file for the user interface, a CSS file for basic page styling, and a Python Flask file for handling the search functionality. The HTML page provides a text input where the user can enter the name of any TXT file and an Enter button to submit the request. The CSS file gives the webpage a simple purple background. The Flask backend receives the filename submitted through the POST request and adds the .txt extension to create the complete filename. It then uses the Python os module and the Windows where command to search the C drive and its subdirectories for the requested file. After processing the search, the application displays the file path if the file is found or shows a message indicating that the file could not be located. The project uses Flask routing, GET and POST requests, HTML forms, user input, template rendering, Python functions, operating system commands, string processing, and basic CSS styling. This project demonstrates how Python Flask can be used to create a simple web based interface for interacting with files and operating system functionality.
