This project is a Python based News Reading and Article Management System that allows users to view international and national news articles through a simple command line interface. The program reads news data from a local article.txt file and processes the stored information to extract article titles and descriptions. Users are provided with two main choices, international news and national news. The international news section displays a list of available article titles and allows the user to select an article number to view its complete description. The national news section provides access to national news articles and their descriptions in a similar way. The program uses Python file handling, the os module, lists, loops, conditional statements, functions, string processing, user input, and JSON based news data. The supplied news data contains information such as article titles, descriptions, sources, URLs, publication dates, and other article details. This project demonstrates how Python can be used to process stored news data and create an interactive command line news reading application.
